Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £150 to addresses within mainland United Kingdom. Orders below £150 incur a flat delivery fee of £9.99.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (Free over £150): 5–8 business days

  • Express Delivery (£14.99): 2–3 business days

  • Next Day Delivery (£19.99): Order before 12pm Monday–Friday

Timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During busy periods, delays may occur. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.


International Delivery

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, the European Union, and selected international destinations. International shipping rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.


Large & Fragile Items

Chandeliers, large pendants and floor lamps are shipped via specialist courier with enhanced packaging to prevent damage in transit. These items may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery of large items may be arranged for a specific date upon request.


Failed Delivery

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. Parcels held at a collection point for more than 7 days may be returned to us; re-delivery charges may apply.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening the outer packaging and contact us within 48 hours at service@luxorne.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
